Assistant Fabric Procurement Manager

with extensive experience in ladies’ fashion fabric procurement. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing fabrics specifically for women’s wear, along with excellent vendor coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Procure fabrics for ladies’ fashion collections (formal, luxury pret, bridal, etc.).

Coordinate with fabric vendors for sourcing and sampling.

Follow up on fabric approvals, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Ensure fabric quality, shade consistency, and compliance with design requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience in ladies’ wear fabric procurement (mandatory).

Strong understanding of women’s fashion fabrics, textures, and trends.

Excellent vendor dealing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced fashion environment.
