PIXL is a digital-first 360-degree marketing company helping clients with up-to-date marketing tools and tech. We specialize in the Real Estate industry and are currently expanding into other industries.

As Head of Events, you will own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and delivery of campaigns for PIXL and their clients from brand activations and product launches to large-scale conferences. At the same time, you’ll play a key role in driving agency growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and securing event-led partnerships.

You will combine creative vision, operational excellence, and commercial savvy to build events offering that delivers both unforgettable experiences and measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Event Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the events team to achieve creative excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of events to ensure flawless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, account management, PR, procurement etc) to deliver integrated campaign experiences.
  • Establish and maintain vendor and partner relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay ahead of trends in experiential marketing and event innovation.

Business Development & Sales

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy to expand the Company’s events business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client leads.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and proposals to secure high-value accounts.
  • Monitor market trends to position the agency as a thought leader in experiential marketing and events.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strategic alignment and consistent communication.
  • Build long-term partnerships by understanding client objectives and translating them into engaging event solutions.
  • Oversee post-event evaluation to measure ROI, gather insights, and drive continuous improvement.

Financial & Performance Management

  • Manage the department’s P&L, setting revenue targets and monitoring profitability.
  • Optimize resource allocation and project budgeting to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Report on departmental performance, pipeline status, and growth opportunities to leadership.

What are we looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience in event management, experiential marketing, or brand activations within an agency environment.
  • Proven track record in business development or sales, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A mix of creativity and commercial acumen; ability to balance impactful ideas with bottom-line results.
  • Comfortable presenting to clients and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • Passionate about brand experiences, innovation, and creating moments that matter.
