Head of Finance

By combining proprietary software with robotics and automation, the company bridges the gap between the physical and digital worlds—delivering exceptional post-purchase experiences for consumers while giving its clients a powerful competitive edge.

We are currently seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of Finance based in Ankara , who will oversee the finance function end-to-end, establish robust systems, and act as a trusted partner to both the CEO and investors. This leader will play a pivotal role in institutionalizing the financial structure, strengthening investor confidence, and driving the company’s long-term growth and global expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Drive the financial agenda of the company by developing and executing long-term financial strategies that support rapid international growth.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities that enhance profitability, efficiency, and long-term value creation.
• Oversee financial planning and analysis to ensure strategic decisions are backed by rigorous data and actionable insights.
• Monitor and optimize cost-to-serve dynamics, particularly within the fulfilment business model.

Investor & Stakeholder Management

• Lead transparent, consistent, and trust-based engagement with private equity funds, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Represent the company in fundraising, due diligence, investment negotiations.
• Build and maintain credibility with external stakeholders while safeguarding the company’s culture and long-term mission.

Financial Systems & Operational Excellence

• Design and implement world-class financial reporting standards across Türkiye, the UK, Germany, and the US.
• Institutionalize core finance processes including ERP, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and KPI frameworks.
• Deploy modern financial systems and dashboards that deliver real-time insights, enabling faster and better decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting and regulatory standards.

Capital Structure & Corporate Finance

• Define and execute optimal capital structures to support growth ambitions.
• Prepare the company for diverse financing scenarios including investment, debt, bridge financing, fundraising and etc.
• Lead financial modeling, scenario planning, and valuation exercises to guide strategic decision-making.

Leadership & Team Development

• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, setting a strong standard for excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
• Establish clear performance metrics, career development programs, and training initiatives.
• Embed a finance culture aligned with company values — authenticity, empathy, openness, and long-term impact orientation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 12 years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally within high-growth, investor-backed, or international organizations.
• Demonstrated expertise in IFRS/TFRS reporting, investor relations, fundraising, and due diligence processes.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation and financial systems design.
• Track record of leading finance functions across multi-country operations with complex regulatory and reporting requirements.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels with agility and precision.
• Strong credibility and gravitas when engaging with investors, board members, and global stakeholders.
• Advanced English communication skills; fluency in engaging directly with international investors and partners.
• A growth-oriented mindset: authentic, empathetic, adaptable, and motivated to create sustainable long-term value.
