· Support the development and lead the implementation of operating frameworks, policies, internal controls and related procedures for the Finance department in line with applicable legislation, best practices and IFRS/industry reporting standards.

· Support the development and lead the implementation of financial plans/strategies for ENFM in line with the Company’s strategic and operational objectives.

· Monitor the financial performance of the Company and identify financial risks in a proactive manner and ensure appropriate risk mitigation plans are in place.

· Oversee the forecasting process and ensure that all financial forecasting requirements (i.e. monthly and periodically) are effectively planned and completed within the defined timeframes, as per operational requirements to support informed business decision making.

· Oversee the preparation, distribution and implementation of financial tools, modelers, budget forms, templates and materials among all concerned departments to support effective management of day-to-day financial activities and budget/forecast preparation and analysis.

· Responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end financial activities of ENFM and identifying areas of improvement and /or enhancement (i.e through automation, technological advancements) with a view to continuously drive efficient and effective financial practices to support strategic and operational requirements.

· Oversee the preparation and closure of month-end/year-end accounts and review transactions to ensure accounts are correctly reconciled.

· Oversee the preparation and analysis of all required financial reports and statements (management accounts) as per Company policies, procedures and IFRS reporting standards.

· Responsible for overseeing (planning, monitoring and analyzing) all financial transactions (payables and receivables) to ensure the Company is adequately funded and has sufficient funds to meet all financial obligations i.e. payroll, suppliers, loan obligations etc.

· Assist internal and external auditors as needed to ensure audits are completed as per the required timeframes.

· Develop and maintain positive working relationships with government entities, banks / financial institutions, suppliers, customers etc. to support the delivery of financial objectives.

· Oversee the preparation of tax returns, filings and submissions as per specified timelines in line with Company policies and procedures and local regulations.

· Responsible for reviewing and approving financial transactions within assigned area of responsibility / assigned financial limits as per Company policies and procedures.

· Participate in the candidate selection process and ensure all recruitment activities within area of responsibility are completed as per ENFM’s recruitment policies and procedures.

· Set and agree individual goals for all direct reports and evaluate individual performance providing regular feedback and coaching in line with ENFM’s people management practices.

Ensure compliance with all relevant (internal and external) regulations including QHSE requirements using Company policies and procedures as appropriate.
