Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team and oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Accounts management within the trading industry, demonstrating expertise in economic analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management. This position is essential for ensuring our company's financial health and supporting our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Accounts functions, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting specific to trading operations.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards relevant to the trading business.
• Develop and manage accurate cash flow forecasts to inform strategic business decisions.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with banks, suppliers, and other financial institutions to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Supervise and mentor the Accounts team, ensuring accuracy in day-to-day financial operations.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and analyses to senior management for decision-making.
• Implement financial best practices and contribute to the development of financial strategies to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Manager, ideally in a trading or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and trading-specific financial practices.
• A practical knowledge of letters of credit (LC) and in dealing with banks and suppliers outside the UAE
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
