Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, specifically within the UAE market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of Hala Media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in the UAE market.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Understand client needs and present tailored media and marketing solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, production) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and business growth KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the media and advertising space.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the media, advertising, or digital marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and local business culture.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• UAE driving license is preferred.

Salary:
1. Salary + Commission
- AED 4,000 as basic with 10% uncapped Commission on revenue
