We’re partnered with a high-growth, venture-backed technology company operating at the intersection of AI, data, and healthcare. With strong funding and continued commercial momentum, we're hiring a Head of Strategic Finance to work closely with the executive team and help scale the next phase of growth.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role with clear progression towards a future CFO position.

The Role

You’ll act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, owning financial planning, commercial insights, and long-term growth strategy. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic influence, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading FP&A and strategic financial planning across the business

Building and refining SaaS metrics and performance frameworks (ARR, CAC, LTV, etc.)

Supporting fundraising, investor relations, and board reporting

Partnering with GTM teams to optimise pricing, sales efficiency, and revenue growth

Developing scalable financial infrastructure and processes

Acting as a key advisor to founders and senior stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

We’re interested in candidates who combine strong financial fundamentals with experience in high-growth environments:

Experience in Strategic Finance / FP&A / Corporate Finance roles

Background in high-growth SaaS, AI, or tech-led businesses

Strong understanding of commercial metrics and unit economics

Prior experience supporting fundraising or investor-facing activities

Likely background in investment banking, private equity, or top-tier finance training before moving into the industry

Comfortable operating in a hands-on, ambiguous, and fast-scaling environment
