You will:

  • Own global hiring across multiple countries
  • Build a high-performance recruitment engine
  • Lead the shift to an AI-first hiring model

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Own Global Hiring (End-to-End)

  • Lead hiring across USA, LATAM, APAC, and Africa
  • Manage both high-volume hiring and leadership roles
  • Ensure 100% fill rate across all open roles


Build an AI-First Recruitment Engine

  • Drive automation across 90% of recruitment workflows
  • Implement:
  • AI sourcing tools
  • Automated screening
  • Interview scheduling automation
  • Candidate scoring models
  • Shift recruiters from admin work decision-making + closing

Drive Quality (Not Just Hiring Volume)

  • Own training graduation rates
  • 0–90 day retention
  • Ensure every hire is a net positive to the business

Improve Speed + Efficiency

  • Reduce time-to-fill across all geographies
  • Build fast, responsive hiring processes
  • Eliminate bottlenecks

Run Recruitment Like a Business

Track and optimize:

  • Time-to-fill
  • Cost-per-hire
  • Offer acceptance rate
  • Source effectiveness
  • Automation rate (%)
  • Retention & performance metrics

Build Global Talent Pipelines

  • Identify best hiring markets globally
  • Build always-on pipelines across key regions
  • Stay ahead of hiring demand

Lead and Scale the Recruitment Team

  • Build and lead a high-performing global recruitment team
  • Develop recruiters into talent advisors and closers
  • Set clear KPIs and accountability

  • 90%+ recruitment workflows automated

Who You Are

  • 10+ years in recruitment / talent acquisition
  • Experience hiring across multiple countries
  • Background in BPO, tech, or high-growth environments
  • Experience with AI tools or recruitment automation
  • Strong operator — you build systems, not just manage
