We are seeking a
highly analytical, digitally-driven, and results-oriented Head of Growth
for a fast-growing, technology-focused organization.
This role will lead the entire growth engine of the company covering
digital acquisition, funnel optimization, performance management, and revenue growth
and will work directly with the General Manager to shape the company’s strategic direction.
The ideal candidate will be an expert in digital marketing performance, conversion optimization, and full-funnel growth strategies.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, leads, and revenue growth.

Lead digital performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and other acquisition channels.

Design channel, segment, and budget optimization strategies aligned with growth objectives.

Analyze campaign performance and make ROI/ROAS-driven decisions.

Own the entire growth funnel: from Traffic to Retention.

Optimize CAC, CVR, CTR, ROAS, and other key growth metrics.

Run A/B tests, experiments, and conversion optimization initiatives.

Build growth forecasts, funnel models, and scenario-based projections.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
Requirements

10+ years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, or Product roles.

Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max, and multi-channel acquisition.

Strong experience in campaign setup, optimization, and high-budget management.

Deep understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and other core performance metrics.

Ability to evaluate channel performance and build multi-channel strategies.

Solid understanding of funnel management and attribution modeling.

Experience working with CAC, LTV, ARPU, Churn, and conversion metrics.

Strong analytical skills in segmentation, cohort analysis, and data modeling.

Experience running A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.

Preferably within SaaS, technology, software, fintech, or e-commerce.

Strong experience managing digital budgets and aggressive growth targets.
