- A Data driven Creator, fluent in GA4, Hotjar, AB Tasty, VWO, Amplitude, not just running tests, but connecting insights to revenue, retention, and lifetime value.
This is a full time position, carried out remotely or from our beautiful offices in Dubai or Lisbon.

As Head Of Growth, you will architect and pilot the Revenue Engine, transitioning Paradox from a founder led marketing approach to a brand led, repeatable, data driven engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer-Market Fit continuously assessed, refined, repositioned, and launched.
- Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn't, refining, repositioning, or stopping offers based on evidence.
- Architect funnels and campaigns (hands on): map them out, oversee implementation, set up tracking, check flows, ensure machine works before scaling budget.
- Relentless optimization (CRO & A/B Testing): design, launch, analyze, and dig into data to find winners.
- Proactively hunt for friction points in the user journey and implement tests.
- Design, launch, and analyze experiments across funnels, pricing, and messaging.
- Ensure tracking, data integrity, and learning compound over time.
- Channel exploration & scaling: oversee paid social and identify next winning acquisition channels to maximize ROI/ROAS.
- Work with Content Factory to analyze ad performance, provide data backed briefs, and identify winning angles.
- Design and optimize growth loops (product, retention, referral, content product content).
- Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion.
- Play a "player coach" role: manage the Growth team, sparring partner for strategy, copy angles, technical execution, and build the team.
- Sales alignment & revenue quality: focus on high intent leads, adjust targeting based on lead quality, stop campaigns that bring cheap volume.

Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally within SaaS, e-commerce or digital product environments.
- Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that generated measurable improvements in revenue, user activation, or conversion.
