The Head of HR & Admin will be responsible for leading end-to-end HR strategy, culture, compliance, performance management, employee engagement, and the administrative operations of our Lahore office. This role combines strategic people leadership with hands-on operational ownership, ensuring that the company scales smoothly while maintaining a world-class workplace experience. Note: Recruitment is being handled by a separate Talent Acquisition Manager. This role will lead HR strategy, employee experience, performance, development, compliance, and admin operations.
Key Responsibilities
People, Culture & Engagement
● Build and sustain a high-trust, transparent, and engaging workplace culture.
● Develop employee engagement, well-being, and retention strategies.
● Own internal communication related to HR policies, values, culture, and announcements.
● Champion employee satisfaction initiatives to ensure we remain the happiest workplace in Lahore.
HR Operations & Compliance
● Ensure full compliance with Pakistan labor laws, employment standards, etc.
● Manage employment contracts, policy frameworks, employee handbooks, and disciplinary processes.
● Oversee payroll, compensation cycles, pay adjustments, benefits, and employee records.
● Drive annual performance evaluation cycles and implement continuous feedback models.
● Implement fair and effective HR policies aligned with global company standards.
Performance, Talent & Development
● Ensure teams and individuals are properly allocated and utilized based on skills and career goals.
● Own performance management systems, KPIs, OKRs, and evaluation structures.
● Design career development tracks, internal mobility paths, and leadership grooming.
● Support managers in developing coaching, feedback, and people leadership capabilities.
Systems & Process
● Lead implementation, adoption, and optimization of our internal People Management HRIS platform.
● Drive HR process automation and data-driven insights for leadership.
● Track and report HR KPIs including retention, engagement, utilization, headcount planning, etc.
Admin, Office & Facilities Management
● Oversee office administration, facilities, vendors, security, supplies, and maintenance.
● Ensure legal and operational compliance for the Lahore entity, including audits and government requirements.
● Manage office environment planning, events, celebrations, guest visits, workstations, etc.
● Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office and employee experience from arrival to exit.
● Own admin-related budgeting and cost controls.
Leadership & Team Building
● Build and lead the HR & Admin function, including future hiring of team members.
● Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on people, organization, and culture.
What We’re Looking For Must Have
● Minimum 10+ years of professional HR experience, including 3+ years in a senior/leadership role.
● Proven experience in a tech, IT, SaaS, or high-growth organization.
● Deep knowledge of Pakistan labor laws, employment regulations, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
● Strong experience in performance management, compensation cycles, engagement strategy, and HR operations.
● Experience managing payroll, employee benefits, and HR policy frameworks.
● Ability to lead both strategy and execution — we want a builder, not just a manager.
● Excellent communication, leadership presence, and employee relationship skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs250,000.00 per month
