About the Opportunity:

A leading regional manufacturing group (highly regulated industry) is seeking a high-caliber Human Resources Manager to lead and develop its KSA HR function. This strategic role requires deep knowledge of Saudi labor law, GOSI, Saudization, and HR best practices within industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership, compliance, and organizational development in regulated manufacturing environments.

This is a confidential opportunity for an experienced HR leader who thrives in fast-paced industrial environments and brings a high level of professionalism, operational excellence, and people leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR operations across all KSA locations, ensuring alignment with group HR strategy.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to the country leadership team.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and Saudization requirements.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and retention strategies.
  • Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and capability building.
  • Monitor and implement best-in-class HR policies and practices aligned with global standards.
  • Manage employee relations, internal investigations, and conflict resolution effectively.
  • Lead change management initiatives and drive employee engagement programs.
  • Provide accurate HR analytics and reporting to regional leadership.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • +15 years of total progressive HR experience, with minimum of 5 in a senior leadership role.
  • Background in highly regulated complex industries (e.g. manufacturing, industrial, energy, logistics, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Telecoms).
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, GOSI and HR compliance.
  • Strong track record in HR strategies execution and leading organizational change.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • Master’s degree or well recognized HR professional certifications (e.g. CIPD/SPHR) is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working in matrix organizations or within multinational structures is highly preferred.
