Main Responsibilities
· Implement and manage KPIs and performance appraisal systems tailored to HQ staff, retail sales and production efficiency.
· Support managers and HOD’s in setting clear performance expectations and development plans.
· Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's strategic direction and translate it into HR initiatives.
· Responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the human resources function, with a particular focus on strategic workforce planning and the justification of staff needs.
· Collaborate closely with department heads and senior leadership to analyze current and future talent requirements, optimize resource allocation, and ensure the organization is adequately staffed to meet its operational and strategic goals.
· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job description creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
· Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
· Maintain a thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations related to hiring and termination.
· Ensure all recruitment and termination practices comply with legal requirements.
· Stay up to date on changes in employment legislation and implement necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
· Ensure proper documentation for all stages of the employee lifecycle, particularly those related to hiring and separation.
· Responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the organization’s 360-degree performance review program. Make sure that the program is fair, objective, and developmental, providing employees with actionable insights into their strengths and area for growth.
· Oversee the performance management process, including setting objectives, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback.
· Collaborate with sales management to establish clear sales performance metrics, KPIs and targets that align with overall business objectives.
· Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for employee’s productivity, sales effectiveness, safety standards, leadership development, etc.
· Coordinate with factory supervisor and production head to manage shift planning, overtime, and labor issues.
· Liaise with government agencies and regulatory authorities and initiate the procedures to get Government supports.
· Manage HR-related risks and ensure ethical and legal compliance in all HR practices.
· Maintain accurate records in all aspects for employee in HR software systems.
· Generate regular reports on headcount, turnover, leave, and performance metrics.
· Manage HR budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
· Develop and implement department objectives, individual staff objectives along with KPIs and manage performance reviews and appraisal of the staff based on their objectives annually/quarterly.
· Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, providing guidance and support as needed.
· Supervise day-to-day administrative activities.
