Freedom Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. is the prospective brokerage firm of Freedom Holding, a dynamic and rapidly growing financial services company operating in the banking, brokerage, and insurance sectors, now preparing to launch operations in Türkiye.
As part of our strategic expansion across the MENAT region, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Human Resources to lead HR in our İstanbul, Türkiye office.
This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with a strong generalist background, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for building HR systems from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities

Advise local and global teams on HR development strategies for our Türkiye-based entities (Management Company and Broker).

Design and implement HR plans aligned with business objectives.

Lead recruitment and employer branding efforts to attract and retain top talent.

Ensure compliance with Turkish labor laws and foster a positive workplace culture.

Implement performance management, compensation, and benefits frameworks.

Develop leadership and employee training programs in line with global standards.

Initiate and drive new HR development initiatives.

Maintain high standards of HR service delivery.
Key Requirements

Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role

Strong generalist HR background with visible achievements at top management level.

Solid expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Mandatory: 2–3 years of HR experience in the financial sector in Türkiye.

Experience working in foreign companies and multicultural teams – highly valued.

Advanced Turkish – required; English – upper intermediate or higher.

Proven experience in building HR functions from scratch – highly valued.

Education in HR – required.

Excellent knowledge of Turkish labor law; familiarity with Capital Markets Board regulations – a plus.

Interest in investment products – a plus.
