Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Head of Human Resources
who has demonstrated strong leadership in driving people strategy, culture building, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has grown through progressive HR roles, especially in high-growth or startup environments, and brings a strategic yet hands-on approach to managing all facets of HR.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute the overall
HR strategy
aligned with the company’s mission, values, and business objectives.

Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on
organization design, workforce planning
, and change management initiatives.

Build and foster a strong, performance-driven, and inclusive organizational culture.

Develop and institutionalize scalable HR systems, policies, and processes ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulatory standards.

Drive core people programs including hiring, onboarding, performance management, goal setting, learning & development, and compensation planning.

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across all levels of the company.

Use data and analytics to measure HR effectiveness and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Represent HR in leadership forums and contribute to cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Requirements:

Minimum
10+ years of progressive HR experience
, with at least
3 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record of leading HR in a fast-scaling startup or dynamic growth environment.

Strong understanding of
organizational behavior, employee engagement, and performance frameworks.

Experience in building and
scaling HR teams

policies, and tech-enabled people processes
