We are looking for Director Human Resources for one of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership for the HR function, ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term vision and business objectives.
  • Design and implement HR policies, frameworks, and initiatives that strengthen company culture and support talent growth.
  • Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention processes to build a high-performing workforce.
  • Lead performance management, capability-building, and employee development programs across all departments.
  • Manage compensation structures, payroll operations, and employee benefits in line with organizational policies and market practices.
  • Ensure full compliance with labour laws, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and engaging work environment that enhances employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Partner with senior leadership on people strategy, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Oversee HR audits, policy evaluations, and long-term workforce planning initiatives.
  • Utilize HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • MBA / BBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)..
  • 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, including 8–10 years in a senior leadership or strategic HR role.
  • Proven expertise in HR strategy, organizational development, talent management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong background in managing large-scale or multi-location HR operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change, drive cultural initiatives, and influence senior leadership.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD) will be an added advantage.

Salary: Up To 600k

Location: P.E.C.H.S Block 6.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs600,000.00 per month
