Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruitment strategies.
  • Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking groups, and social platforms.
  • Review resumes, shortlist profiles, and conduct preliminary screening calls.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and publish job advertisements and maintain updated job descriptions.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with offer discussions.
  • Manage onboarding coordination and ensure completion of joining formalities.
  • Remain updated on market hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Handle complete recruitment cycle while adhering to organizational policies and defined KPIs.
  • Represent the organization in job fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events.
  • Lead bulk hiring assignments during peak manpower requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, interview records, and recruitment reports.
  • Build strong professional networks with institutes, training centers, and industry contacts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
  • 2–3 years of core recruitment experience (preferably corporate or mass hiring).
  • Strong command of MS Office and familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple positions simultaneously
