About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Outreach Intern / Assistant who will support our outreach and client-engagement campaigns, especially for our AI-product portfolio. You will engage potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms, monitor outreach campaigns, track responses, and help expand our outreach operations. This is an urgent hire — you’ll work closely with our marketing & sales teams and gain hands-on experience in digital outreach, client-engagement, and lead-gen for AI products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, social platforms and other channels to potential clients and partners.
- Maintain and update outreach contact lists and CRM/spreadsheet databases (tracking outreach status, follow-ups, responses).
- Draft outreach messages (email, LinkedIn InMail, social DM) under guidance, personalize them according to target-profiles.
- Monitor campaign metrics: number of messages sent, responses received, meetings booked, leads generated.
- Follow-up on initial contacts, schedule meetings, coordinate with sales team when a lead converts.
- Assist in preparing basic outreach reports: weekly/daily dashboards of outreach activities, response rates, next-steps.
- Liaise with marketing/content team to sync outreach messaging with product positioning, value-propositions for our AI-products.
- Research potential company leads, decision-makers (titles, industry, region), gather contact info and build list of prospects.
- Support promotional campaigns for AI product launches, webinars, demos — help recruit attendees or partners via outreach.
- Maintain outreach best practices: avoid spam, use respectful cadence, track opt-outs/unsubscribes.
- Optional: Assist with light content tasks (e.g., drafting social posts, preparing outreach collateral) as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s student or recent graduate (Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology or related).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable crafting messages to executives/decision-makers.
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, email campaign tools, CRM/spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Eagerness to learn about AI-products, lead-generation, digital outreach.
- Ability to manage own tasks, follow-up diligently, and maintain good pace (given 9-hour workday requirement).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and team-player.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, taking direction and iterating quickly.
- (Preferred) Prior exposure to outreach or sales support activities is a plus, but not mandatory.
