We are looking for a Head of HR to lead and control Organizational Development (OD) and all HR functions, ensure operational excellence, create a stable, professional HR environment, and support top management with structured, disciplined people processes in a growing industrial manufacturing organization.

The company boasts the only factory in Egypt dedicated to manufacturing a wide range of rolling doors with high production capacity to meet varying project demands. Role Description

As Head of HR, you will be fully responsible for Organizational Development (OD) and all HR activities, including recruitment, payroll, attendance, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.

You will ensure that HR systems, rules, and controls are applied consistently across the organization, supporting operational performance, workforce stability, and management decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

OD

• Review the current organizational structure.

• Design and implement job architectures, and reporting lines.

• Lead succession planning initiatives.


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Lead recruitment and hiring activities across all departments.

• Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.

• Ensure effective onboarding and probation management.


HR Operations & Control

• Lead and manage daily HR operations (attendance, leaves, personnel, payroll).

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of HR records.

• Ensure effective management and accurate recording of all HR operations within the ERP system.


Policies & Compliance

• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

• Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and internal regulations.

• Handle disciplinary actions, investigations, and employee grievances.


Performance & HR Systems

• Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs.

• Support management with HR reports, turnover analysis, and manpower metrics.

• Manage promotions, salary reviews, and disciplinary records.


Employee Relations & Culture

• Maintain healthy employee relations and workplace discipline.

• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and management.

• Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in an HR leadership role.

• Strong experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction companies.

• Deep knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and HR compliance.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail with strong process orientation.

• Experience in working with ERP platforms is a plus.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive situations professionally.
