Performance Management & Development

  • Design performance appraisal systems
  • Drive leadership development and training programs
  • Create employee engagement initiatives
  • Establish career progression frameworks

Compensation & Benefits

  • Develop competitive compensation structures
  • Benchmark salary structures with industry standards
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Manage HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
  • Oversee HRIS systems and reporting
  • Handle employee relations and grievance management

Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and action plans
