Gridco is a full-service utility infrastructure contractor serving major IOUs across the Southeast and Texas. We're scaling from 300+ to 1,000+ employees over the next 3–4 years and we need a builder to lead the way.

The Opportunity

This is a ground-floor HR leadership role for a hands-on change agent. You'll professionalize our HR function, support acquisitions, and make Gridco the employer of choice for linemen and professionals throughout the Southeast. Reports directly to the CEO.

What You'll Own

• Build Gridco's HR function from the ground up
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention at scale
• Design competitive total rewards and lead benefits renewals
• Drive multistate compliance, workers' comp, and labor relations
• Develop HR playbooks for M&A due diligence and integration
• Select and implement an HRIS platform
• Champion a culture where people grow and stay

What You Bring

• 10+ years in HR across benefits, compensation, recruiting, employee/labor relations, or training
• M&A or integration experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a builder's mindset
• Comfort operating as both strategic advisor and hands-on operator

Compensation Competitive base salary + milestone incentives + medical, dental, HSA, wellness, stock options, and PTO.
