Head of Human Resources

We are seeking a Head of Human Resources to lead and oversee all aspects of HR strategy and management. This role will drive recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and employee relations, while promoting company culture and ensuring HR policies align with overall business objectives.



About the Role : This position is crucial for aligning HR strategies with business goals and fostering a positive work environment.



Responsibilities :



  • Develop and implement the overall HR strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Lead recruitment for key positions and talent pipeline initiatives.
  • Optimize performance management and employee incentive systems.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Drive employee training and development programs to enhance skills and organizational capability.
  • Handle employee relations and labor issues in compliance with Saudi labor law.
  • Provide HR data analysis and reporting to support management decisions.



Qualifications :



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in senior management roles.
  • Deep knowledge of Saudi labor law and local employment regulations.
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
