To lead and manage the Human Resources and Administration function, supporting organizational objectives through effective workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and compliance with UAE government HR frameworks.
Human Resources

Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and employee relations.

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with organizational goals and government regulations.

Oversee performance management systems and drive continuous improvement in employee productivity and capability.

Manage workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Administration & Operations

Oversee administrative services and internal operations to ensure efficient service delivery.

Manage HR and administration budgets, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency.

Support internal governance, audits, and compliance requirements related to HR and corporate services.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on human capital and organizational development matters.

Liaise with government entities and external stakeholders on HR-related initiatives and requirements.

Lead and develop the HR and administration team to ensure high performance and service quality.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Progressive HR experience, preferably within government or semi-government entities.

Strong background in performance management, training & development, and HR policy implementation.
-
Proven experience in managing HR teams and working with senior stakeholders.
