Head of Inclusion Department / SENCO / Inclusion Teacher

Head of Inclusion Department:

• Lead and manage the Inclusion Department across the school.
• Ensure compliance with the UAE Inclusion Framework and MoE guidelines.
• Oversee IEPs, assessments, and intervention programs.
• Provide training and support to teachers on inclusive practices.

SENCO:

• Coordinate SEN provision and support services.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate SEN documentation.
• Liaise with parents, teachers, and external specialists.

Inclusion Teacher:

• Support students with additional learning needs.
• Implement IEPs and targeted intervention strategies.
• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers.
