SEN Teacher – School Experience Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with special educational needs through individualized strategies.
• Develop and implement IEPs (Individual Education Plans).
• Collaborate with teachers to differentiate instruction in mainstream classrooms.
• Monitor student progress and maintain detailed documentation.
• Communicate regularly with parents and relevant specialists.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Inclusion Framework and school policies.
• Conduct assessments and provide appropriate interventions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or Inclusion (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an SEN Teacher in a school environment in the UAE is mandatory.
• MoE approval is required.
• Strong knowledge of inclusive education practices and UAE guidelines.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates based in Ajman or Sharjah are preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
