About the Role
We are looking for a
Senior Media Solutions Consultant
who deeply understands how television, news, sports, and streaming businesses operate end-to-end — from
content acquisition and programming to scheduling, promos, playout, compliance, and performance measurement
.
In this role, you will directly support the
AI strategy build and execution
across the global media ecosystem, designing and deploying
GenAI-powered workflows
that enhance speed, quality, and decision-making. You will work with senior business, product, and technology leaders to identify high-impact use cases, shape AI adoption roadmaps, and enable measurable transformation across broadcast and digital operations
What You Will Do
1. Own Media AI Innovation Agenda
-
Lead the identification and prioritization of AI and GenAI innovation opportunities across GEC, broadcast, and OTT workflows.

Continuously scan media, technology, and AI trends and translate them into concrete innovation themes and initiatives.

Shape multi-quarter AI innovation roadmaps aligned to business priorities and operational realities.
2. Client Discovery & Advisory
-
Lead discovery sessions across TV channels, news, sports, and streaming teams to identify AI and GenAI opportunities in content, marketing, and operations.

Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and define
GenAI-led automation opportunities
with clear business value (time saved, quality uplift, revenue impact).

Define business cases, success metrics, and value realization frameworks for AI initiatives as part of the enterprise AI strategy.
3. Strategic POVs & Visioning
-
Build crisp,
executive-ready POVs
on GenAI adoption for GEC and channel businesses.
-
Develop structured frameworks and strategy documents that link AI initiatives to measurable outcomes (viewership, monetization, cost-to-serve, turnaround times).

Track industry and technology trends and convert them into
actionable recommendations
for clients and internal teams.
4. Solution Design
-
Design solution blueprints and functional flows for
AI-enabled media workflows
(e.g., metadata enrichment, promo versioning, standards & practices checks, content insights).

Translate business problems into GenAI components, prompts/agents, content understanding, metadata automation, compliance checks, routing, and human-in-the-loop review.

Partner with engineering, data, and product teams to validate feasibility, estimate effort, and guide PoCs and pilots.
5. Pre-Sales, Pitches & Solution Narratives
-
Lead solutioning for RFPs, proposals, and client pitches in the media vertical.
-
Craft compelling
solution narratives
and ROI stories that resonate with senior media stakeholders.
-
Work with delivery and product teams to shape
re-usable solution accelerators
and offerings for global media clients.
6. Domain Leadership & Evangelism
-
Bring deep understanding of
GEC/channel lifecycles
: programming strategy, FPC design, promo operations, marketing, compliance, ratings, and distribution ecosystems.

Represent the organisation in
client workshops, industry forums, and leadership conversations
as the go-to SME for Media AI.

Mentor internal teams on media workflows and help build a strong
Media & Entertainment AI capability

What You Bring
Media & GEC / Channel Expertise (Must-Have)
-
10–12+ years in
GEC, broadcast, or OTT
environments, either working directly or with clients
-
Strong grasp of how content moves across editorial, programming, marketing, on-air promotions, broadcast/OTT operations, and technical operations.
-
Ability to speak the language of business heads, FPC, GRPs, ratings, slots, campaigns, compliance, content pipelines, etc.
AI & Technology Fluency
-
Good understanding of
GenAI, LLM concepts, and media-specific AI use cases
(content understanding, metadata, compliance, promo/content intelligence, workflows).

Ability to design AI-enabled workflows and solutions
without needing to code
, while being comfortable collaborating with architects and engineers.

Familiarity with
metadata automation, content standards/compliance workflows, promo operations, and content/audience insight models
.
Consulting & Communication Skills
-
Strong
structured thinking
and storytelling; able to move from a blank sheet to a clear, compelling narrative.

Experience running
discovery workshops, strategy discussions, and transformation programs
with senior stakeholders.

Comfort working with ambiguity and turning loosely defined problems into
clear, actionable solution paths
and roadmaps.
Nice to Have
-
Experience working with
major studios, broadcasters, or large digital/GEC networks
(India or global).

Exposure to
cloud-based media supply chain
and MAM/OTT platforms.

Prior background in
consulting, pre-sales, product strategy, or transformation roles
