Head of Investment Banking
The Head of Investment Banking will lead the firm’s investment banking division, drive origination and execution of transactions, and build long-term client relationships. This senior leadership role is responsible for strategy, deal flow, team leadership, and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the investment banking strategy in line with the firm’s overall business objectives.
- Originate, structure, and execute M&A, capital raising, IPO advisory, private placements, and other strategic transactions.
- Lead pitch development, client presentations, negotiations, and transaction closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, advisors, regulators, and strategic partners.
- Oversee financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction documentation.
- Ensure all transactions comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal governance requirements.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing investment banking team as the business grows.
- Represent the firm at industry events and support broader business development efforts.
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of investment banking or related corporate finance experience.
- Strong track record in deal origination, execution, and client relationship management.
- Deep experience in M&A, capital markets, fundraising, and strategic advisory.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Master’s degree preferred for senior roles.

Pay: QAR145.00 - QAR260.00 per hour
