Job Description

This senior leadership role involves spearheading the investment banking division, driving strategic growth, and executing high-value deals like M&A and capital raises. It demands extensive experience, strong networks, and the ability to build teams in dynamic markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement division strategy with C-suite, setting short-, medium-, and long-term goals for revenue and market expansion.
  • Originate deals through networks, lead M&A advisory, IPOs, private placements, and capital raising from pitch to close.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams while managing client relationships, due diligence, financial modeling, and regulatory compliance.
  • Innovate deal structures, negotiate terms, and represent the firm at industry events to foster partnerships.

Required Qualifications

Candidates need 15+ years in investment banking, with proven origination and execution in M&A or advisory, preferably in entrepreneurial settings. A Master's, MBA, or CFA is preferred, alongside deep regional networks (e.g., Middle East) and leadership skills.

Pay: QAR70.00 - QAR223.00 per hour
