Your new role

As the Head of IT , you will be the driving force behind our technology strategy. Your primary mission will be to build our IT department from the ground up and oversee the implementation of critical IT systems, including a comprehensive ERP system. You will be responsible for developing and executing the overall IT strategy, ensuring our infrastructure and cybersecurity are robust and scalable to support our multi-channel retail operations. This is a leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to shape our technological future and manage key vendor relationships.

What you'll need to succeed

You should have at least 10 years of senior IT leadership experience, ideally within the retail, FMCG, or a related industry. A proven track record of successful ERP implementation and integration is essential. We are looking for a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise in infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required.
