Head of Laboratory (R&D & QC)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead product formulation & R&D (skincare, soaps, scrubs, body butters)

Oversee Quality Control (testing, compliance, raw materials).

Manage lab operations, SOPs, safety & regulatory compliance (ISO/GMP).

Collaborate with production to ensure innovation & product consistency.

Requirements

Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related field

.3–5 years’ experience in cosmetic R&D and/or QC.

Strong knowledge of raw materials, stability testing & cosmetic regulations.

Proven leadership & ability to build lab processes from scratch.
