Job Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute the overall Learning & Development strategy in alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.


• Design innovative learning solutions that enhance leadership, technical, and functional capabilities across various levels.


• Partner with senior stakeholders and clients to assess learning needs, define objectives, and design tailored development interventions.


• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs — from needs analysis, design, and delivery to measurement and evaluation of impact.


• Manage external vendors, facilitators, and content providers to ensure high-quality delivery.


• Build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships within the KSA market, leveraging networks to enhance business growth.


• Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in learning technologies, digital learning, and performance development.


• Lead, coach, and mentor a small team of L&D professionals or project-based consultants.


• Ensure all learning initiatives are data-driven and measurable, with clear ROI and performance outcomes.


Job Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).


• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Proven background in large corporates or top-tier consulting firms.


• Strong experience and professional network in KSA — essential.


• Demonstrated experience in L&D strategy design, development, and evaluation (execution can be managed through others).

solutions.


• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.


• Deep understanding of modern learning methodologies — blended, digital, and experiential.


• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.


• Business acumen with the ability to link learning outcomes to performance and organizational


success.


• Ability to operate effectively in a remote, multicultural environment.


Preferred (Huge Plus):


• Combined consulting and operational experience.


• Hands-on experience in delivering and facilitating learning sessions.


• Exposure to digital transformation and leadership development programs
