Position Summary
Lead and oversee all legal and compliance functions across the Holding, ensuring regulatory excellence, risk management, and strong corporate governance across multi-sector operations.
Key Responsibilities

Define, execute, and supervise the Holding’s legal and compliance strategy at group level.

Provide legal guidance to subsidiaries operating in energy, manufacturing, hospitality, and food & beverage sectors.

Manage compliance and reporting processes in line with
energy regulations, environmental legislation, competition law, personal data protection (KVKK), and other relevant regulatory authorities
, proactively monitoring legal risks and developing mitigation plans.

Lead corporate governance, commercial law, investment structures, contracts, and
M&A
transactions.

Advise senior leadership and business units on corporate, commercial, labor, and investment law matters.

Manage international legal matters and coordinate with external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.

Develop, update, and implement internal policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.

Establish and oversee
ethics hotline, whistleblowing systems, and internal investigation processes

Foster a culture of ethics, transparency, and compliance across the organization.

Drive effective communication with regulatory bodies and external law firms.

Provide regular compliance and legal reports to senior management and the Board.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university; Master’s degree or relevant professional certification preferred.

Minimum
15 years of legal and compliance experience
, ideally within energy, manufacturing, hospitality, or food & beverage sectors.

Experience in
holding or multi-entity corporate structures
with at least
5 years of leadership
responsibility.

Strong expertise in Turkish corporate, commercial, investment, and regulatory law; exposure to international legal frameworks.

Proven experience managing compliance programs, regulatory audits, and risk management systems.

Demonstrated ability to lead high-level negotiations, legal communications, and contract structuring.

Excellent command of
