We are a one-stop-shop for highly sophisticated clients with complex business models in 4 market segments: construction and infrastructure, operations and facility management, manufacturing as well as the vertical Multiples, which comprises projects in AI and vertical farming amongst others.

The Head of Logistics is responsible for leading and managing all logistics, supply chain, and distribution operations across the UAE. This role ensures efficient movement, storage, and delivery of goods while maintaining compliance with UAE laws, customs regulations, and international trade standards. The position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and cost-optimization skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution operations
• Manage import/export processes, customs clearance, and documentation in compliance with UAE regulations
• Negotiate contracts with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics service providers
• Monitor and optimize logistics costs, delivery timelines, and service quality
• Lead, train, and evaluate logistics and warehouse teams
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Coordinate with suppliers, internal departments, and regional/international partners
• Implement logistics KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation in logistics operations
• Working with MD and CFO to lead initiatives surrounding cost, volume and speed optimization goals.
• Roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; start up approach.

Qualifications & Experience

• MNC experience is MUST
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 8–12 years of logistics or supply chain experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong knowledge of UAE customs laws, free zones, and GCC trade regulations
• Experience managing large teams and complex logistics networks
• Implementing logistic strategies, tracking goods from the origination point to the warehouse.
