As the Head of Logistics, Procurement, you will lead the logistics and packaging category to drive improvements based on total cost of ownership for goods and services procured. This role involves close and regular collaboration with internal stakeholders and external business partners. You will report to our Procurement Director: North America.

- Lead procurement activities across transportation, warehousing, packaging, and logistics services.
- Responsible for achieving procurement KPIs, including cost savings targets of $1M to $2M annually.
- Oversee project management initiatives, including improvement projects, synergy efforts, and team development.
- Develop and implement regional logistics sourcing strategies and supplier relationships across ocean, rail, and land transportation.
- Manage hundreds of suppliers Globally across 3 Divisions with annual spend >$100M.
- Drive value creation through improved cost, speed, delivery, responsiveness, and service quality.
- Execute risk management strategies to ensure reliable logistics and packaging services.
- Work collaboratively with Global Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Global Transportation subject matter experts.
- Ensure compliance with ICL guidelines and policies in coordination with Global Procurement Organization and Supply Chain.
- Negotiate and finalize framework agreements for significant regional contracts valued at >$40M.
- Review contracts to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and negotiations based on supply and demand trends.
- Continuously monitor market conditions and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Manage a team of three, including one Regional Buyer and two Sourcing Managers.
What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?
- 5+ years in logistics or a related field, including supplier management, contract negotiation, and cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and embrace change in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Strong understanding of supply markets and pricing cycles.
- Extensive experience in land, rail, and ocean logistics sourcing and management.
- Familiarity with contracting for logistics and related service markets.
- Proven success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and executing key procurement processes.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach to execution.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven attitude.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and leading projects; business-oriented mindset with strong understanding of operational processes.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally when needed

Compensation at ICL: If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
Salary Range: $114,000 - $157,000
Annual Bonus Target: 16%
