A scaling fintech in the GCC has reached an important growth milestone and is now preparing for its next chapter of expansion. As Head of Marketing, you’ll take full ownership of how the brand grows, engages, and retains customers. Driving regional awareness and customer loyalty from Bahrain, with regular travel across the GCC.

The Role:

This is a senior, high-impact position where you’ll lead the marketing strategy end-to-end. From performance campaigns to brand positioning and customer insights, you’ll be the one ensuring growth targets are met while building a brand that resonates regionally.

It’s a role that blends strategy with execution, you’ll be hands-on with digital campaigns while also shaping long-term marketing direction, leading a talented team, and ensuring ROI across every channel.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and delivering a data-driven marketing strategy that accelerates growth.
• Driving brand visibility and awareness across digital, social, and offline channels.
• Leading SEO, SEM, paid ads, and performance campaigns to scale acquisition.
• Optimising the customer journey to increase conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Building loyalty and retention programs that reduce churn and improve lifetime value.
• Driving organic growth through content, community, and referral initiatives.
• Delivering competitor insights and market research to keep strategy ahead.
• Managing budgets, ROI, and leading a high-performing marketing team.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 10+ years in marketing, including at least 5 in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in fintech, consumer finance, or other consumer-facing services.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and customer segmentation.
• Demonstrated success in scaling customer acquisition and retention.
• Background in app marketing and omnichannel campaigns.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Based in Bahrain, with regional travel across the GCC.
