What we’re looking for:

• Industry Expertise : 10+ years of proven marketing experience, ideally in kitchen appliances, consumer electronics, or home lifestyle brands .
• Digital First Mindset : A true expert in digital marketing, influencer strategy, and content ecosystems across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Campaign Mastery : Ability to conceptualize and deliver high-impact campaigns that cut through the noise.
• Content Strategist : Deep understanding of multi-channel content strategies and how to adapt them to different markets.
• Creative & Edgy : Someone who is dynamic, trend-savvy, and unafraid to push boundaries in brand storytelling.
• Passion for the Industry : Genuine enthusiasm for kitchen appliances, innovation, and lifestyle marketing .
• Leadership : Experience in leading diverse teams , agency management, and driving marketing ROI.

The Role:

• Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Middle East market.
• Drive digital-first brand growth , ensuring maximum visibility, engagement, and conversion.
• Identify and execute influencer partnerships, collaborations, and campaigns that resonate with regional and global audiences.
• Build and manage a high-performing marketing team in Dubai.
• Partner with sales and product teams to create category-defining campaigns .
