SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Jotun Egypt is looking for a Head of Marketing ! In this role you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand presence, drive sales growth, and expand market share in the decorative and protective paint segments. This role demands strong market insight, strategic leadership, and the ability to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

This role is based in Cairo, Egypt, reporting directly to the Managing Director and part of Jotun Egypt management team.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with global, regional, and local direction plans.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure ROI-driven initiatives.
  • Build and strengthen brand positioning through impactful product launches and campaigns.
  • Set and manage pricing strategies based on research, cost analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Monitor product performance and conduct market research to understand demand trends, consumer behavior, and opportunities for improvement or relaunch.
  • Partner with sales to create promotions, dealer incentives, and trade marketing programs that strengthen distribution.
  • Lead digital marketing, oversee advertising, PR, and communication strategies, and manage agencies and vendors.
  • Organize exhibitions, events, and partnerships to expand visibility and market impact.
  • Lead and develop the marketing team, driving strong collaboration with sales, R&D, and operations.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
Requirements We look for:
  • 7+ years experience in B2B and B2C marketing, brand management, and product marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field of study
  • People management experience is required
