Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and visionary CMO / Head of Marketing with proven leadership in marketing agencies and deep experience in marketing research , strategy development , and marketing intelligence . The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of the IT industry , including software , hardware , and electronics , and will lead the marketing function to drive business growth, market share, and brand visibility. Fluency in English is essential.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

🔍 Marketing Strategy & Research

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Conduct and supervise market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Lead the creation of data-driven marketing plans and positioning strategies for different products and segments
  • Translate insights into actionable campaigns and messaging

📊 Marketing Intelligence

  • Build and manage marketing intelligence systems to track KPIs, market performance, and customer insights
  • Work closely with sales, product, and executive teams to inform strategic decisions using real-time data
  • Monitor industry trends in software, hardware, and electronics markets globally and regionally

💡 Campaign & Content Leadership

  • Oversee the execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR)
  • Lead branding, messaging, and creative direction in alignment with the company’s objectives
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels and geographies

👥 Team & Agency Management

  • Lead and grow a high-performing in-house marketing team
  • Manage external agencies (creative, media, PR, etc.) with a focus on ROI and performance
  • Foster a results-driven, innovative, and collaborative marketing culture

💼 Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to support launches and growth initiatives
  • Act as the key marketing voice in executive decision-making

✅ Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with leadership roles in marketing agencies
  • Strong background in marketing research, intelligence, and strategic planning
  • Solid understanding of IT/software/hardware/electronics industries
  • Experience with B2B and/or B2C marketing
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
