Job Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Business Expansion

• Develop high-level business expansion strategies based on in-depth understanding of the MLBB esports market in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, aiming to increase the company's market share and influence in this area.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities, including but not limited to establishing strategic partnerships with large-scale enterprises, esports-related institutions, and government departments, promoting the diversified development of MLBB esports business in the MENA region.
• Ensure the effective implementation of various business expansion plans, and enhance the overall business capabilities of the cross-functional team.

In-depth Customer Relationship Management and Cooperation Optimization

• Deeply maintain relationships with existing important customers. Have regular high-level communications with key customers, understand their needs and expectations, and provide customized solutions to continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead complex business negotiations, handle key issues and disputes in cooperation, optimize cooperation terms, safeguard the company's maximum interests in cooperation, and promote the long-term and stable development of the bilateral cooperation relationship.
• Conduct a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of existing cooperation projects, tap the cooperation potential, promote the upgrading and expansion of cooperation projects, and increase the commercial value of cooperation projects.

Market Trend Analysis and Decision-Making Support

• Closely monitor the dynamic changes in the esports market in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, including competitor movements, emerging technology trends, and policy and regulatory changes, and conduct in-depth market research and analysis.
• Provide accurate and timely market intelligence and decision-making suggestions to the company's senior management based on the results of market analysis, and participate in the strategic decision-making process of the company's esports business in the MENA region.
• Lead market research projects, cooperate with external research institutions to obtain more in-depth market data and consumer insights, and provide data support for business development.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Resource Integration

• As a key coordinator within the company, closely cooperate with event operation, marketing, product development and other departments to ensure that the business goals of each department in the MENA region are consistent and jointly promote the development of the company's overall esports business.
• Integrate the company's internal resources, rationally allocate human, material and financial resources, improve resource utilization efficiency, and ensure that business expansion and project implementation in the MENA region are fully resourced.
• Coordinate and resolve problems and contradictions in cross-departmental cooperation, establish a good cross-departmental communication mechanism, and promote efficient collaboration within the company.

Qualifications：

Educational Background and Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above, majors in marketing, business management, and sports-related fields are preferred.
• Have at least 5 years of work experience in business development, business expansion or esports-related industries, and those with work or business-development experience in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region are preferred.

Professional Abilities

• Possess excellent business negotiation skills and be able to reach favorable cooperation agreements in complex business environments.
• Have outstanding communication and coordination abilities, be able to communicate effectively with people at different levels and from different cultural backgrounds, and coordinate all parties' resources to achieve business goals.
• Have a keen business sense and market insight, be able to accurately grasp market trends and develop effective business strategies.
• Have excellent team leadership and management experience, and be able to motivate and guide team members to achieve business goals.
• Be proficient in English, Arabic and be able to conduct fluent business communication and write business documents.

Industry Knowledge and Passion

• Have an in-depth understanding of the esports industry, especially in-depth knowledge and understanding of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) esports.
• Have an in-depth understanding of the culture, market characteristics, and business environment in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, and be able to adapt to and integrate into the local business culture.
• Be passionate about the esports industry, actively follow industry trends, and have an innovative consciousness and enterprising spirit.
