The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the company’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, and communications initiatives to drive business growth and brand awareness. This role oversees both digital and traditional marketing channels, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall vision, goals, and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead brand planning, market research, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution and ROI tracking.

Brand & Communication Management

  • Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Manage internal and external communications, PR, and media relations.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and standards.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Drive digital engagement and online visibility through data-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Implement performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, CRM insights, etc.) to measure success.

Creative Direction & Campaign Management

  • Collaborate with creative teams to design effective marketing content and visuals.
  • Plan and execute product launches, events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve performance goals.
  • Establish clear KPIs and ensure consistent reporting of marketing outcomes.
  • Encourage innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement across the team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in strategic marketing planning, digital marketing, and brand management.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
