We're Hiring: Head of Marketing – Hanif Rajput Catering & Event Management

Experience Required: Minimum 5–7 years (Event Management / Hospitality / Catering Industry preferred)

We are looking for a strategic and innovative Head of Marketing to elevate our brand, strengthen client relationships, and lead our marketing efforts across all three segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to target and expand B2B, B2C, and B2G markets.
• Lead branding, communication, and promotional activities across digital and offline platforms.
• Create targeted campaigns for corporate clients, wedding/private event clients, and government tenders or projects.
• Build and maintain partnerships with media, vendors, and agencies to maximize visibility.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
• Oversee social media, content marketing, influencer collaborations, and PR initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all marketing materials and client touchpoints.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in marketing leadership, preferably in catering, hospitality, or event management.
• Deep understanding of B2B, B2C, and B2G marketing strategies and client relationship management.
• Strong creative thinking, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign management platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
