Role Overview
Autonomize AI is hiring a Head of Marketing to build and scale a world-class marketing function that positions the company as the #1 enterprise AI partner for health plans, providers, and life sciences organizations. This leader will define the category of the Agentic Health Enterprise, operationalize our narrative, and run a high-output marketing team that drives brand leadership, pipeline growth, and enterprise credibility.
This is a senior, hands-on role requiring the ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution—crafting crisp narratives, generating pipeline, leading PR, shaping product marketing, and managing a small internal team plus external agencies.
You will partner closely with the CEO, CTO, Sales, and Product to accelerate Autonomize AI’s growth and establish our leadership in one of the most important categories emerging in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Category Leadership & Narrative

Own the Agentic Health Enterprise narrative—how health plans, providers, and life sciences move from manual workflows to AI-native operations with healthcare-trained agents.

Tell the Autonomize story: how AI Studio and our agents transform UM, CM, quality, pharmacy, and claims.

Position Autonomize as the enterprise leader in agentic transformation with trusted, ROI-driven deployments.

Maintain consistent, high-quality storytelling across all channels.
Brand & Communications

Build an enterprise-grade brand rooted in trust and outcomes.

Drive Tier-1 media visibility.

Own messaging for launches, customer stories, partnerships, and updates.
Product Marketing & GTM Enablement

Lead positioning, value props, ICP messaging, and competitive clarity.

Produce GTM assets that accelerate sales.

Ensure unified messaging across Sales, Product, and Customer teams.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Impact

Build a demand engine driving ~50% of qualified pipeline.

Run targeted campaigns for health plans, providers, and life sciences.

Lead analytics, attribution, SEO/SEM, and funnel optimization.
Team Leadership & Operating Model

Build and lead a small, high-output team.

Manage PR, design, and digital agencies with clear KPIs.

Run a repeatable quarterly planning and performance cadence.
Cross-Functional Leadership

Translate complex AI into business value with Product and Engineering.

Support Sales with messaging and materials for enterprise deals.

Partner with the CEO on strategic communications and category creation.
Qualifications
Experience
-
10+ years in B2B enterprise SaaS marketing; 3–5 years leading marketing at a scaling startup.

Strong background in product marketing for complex, technical, or AI-driven products.

Demonstrated success driving pipeline impact, building brand, and managing PR and analysts.

Healthcare, health plan, provider, or life sciences experience strongly preferred.

Experience operating in enterprise AI or deeply technical product areas is a significant plus.
