Head of Marketing

We're looking for a senior marketing leader with deep experience across B2B SaaS and/or consumer growth to build a trusted brand, drive demand, and own the full marketing function end to end.

The Role

This role owns brand, growth, and go-to-market strategy in full and sits at the intersection of strategy and execution.

The position blends:

  • Strategic brand building
  • Performance and demand generation
  • PR and positioning
  • Marketing technology and analytics

You'll work closely with founders, product, sales, and partnerships to shape a category-defining brand and a revenue-driving growth engine. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a pure people-management position.

What You'll Own

Brand & Positioning

  • Define and evolve the brand narrative, messaging, and voice
  • Position the product clearly across growth, rewards, and incentives, using accessible language
  • Own website messaging, sales materials, case studies, and product marketing

Growth & Demand Generation

  • Own inbound and outbound marketing strategy to drive qualified pipeline
  • Design and execute experiments across:
  • Content
  • Partnerships
  • Selective paid channels
  • Collaborate with sales to improve funnel conversion

PR & Communications

  • Lead PR strategy including announcements, thought leadership, and executive visibility
  • Manage agency relationships as needed
  • Develop narratives that resonate with brands, operators, and partners

Marketing Technology & Integrations

  • Own the marketing stack (CRM, automation, analytics, attribution)
  • Ensure tight integration between marketing, sales, and product data
  • Optimize workflows across CRM and analytics tools

Analytics & Performance

  • Define and track core marketing KPIs:
  • CAC
  • Conversion rates
  • Activation and retention
  • Use data to guide prioritization and spend
  • Build clear, actionable reporting for leadership

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 8-12+ years of experience in senior marketing roles
  • Experience leading brand and growth in B2B SaaS or B2B2C environments
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing
  • Experience working closely with sales and product teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience in fintech, payments, marketplaces, or incentive-driven products
  • Familiarity with emerging digital ecosystems without needing to be deeply technical
  • Experience scaling marketing from early-stage to growth
  • Hands-on experience with modern marketing technology and analytics stacks
