And right now, we're looking for someone to become our Head of Marketing & Brand Strategy — a dynamic leader who can architect our brand, drive our marketing vision, and bring creativity and performance together in one clear direction.

THE ROLE

This is not a "manage what's already built" position.

It's a build-it-from-the-ground-up role for a sharp, strategic marketer who can translate vision into execution — across content, digital, brand, and growth.

As our Head of Marketing & Brand Strategy, you'll lead the development of our brand identity, digital presence, and demand-generation strategy across multiple channels. You'll shape how we show up — both for potential clients and in the broader dental industry.

You'll collaborate directly with our Founder to refine positioning, define our content strategy, and lead creative execution. From overseeing campaigns to getting hands-on with website optimization , SEO, email, and content, this role demands both strategic depth and creative versatility.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Define and execute Aligner Marketing's overall brand and marketing strategy, aligning campaigns with business growth goals.
  • Oversee and optimize our website, including SEO, conversion optimization, and new content creation.
  • Lead content marketing, including blogs, thought leadership pieces, and strategic video direction.
  • Manage and execute across social media (organic + paid), Google Ads, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Create and maintain our marketing calendar — driving consistency in launched, campaigns, and messaging.
  • Oversee or assist in content production, including scripting, filming and editing weekly video content for YouTube, social, and brand assets.
  • Ensure all creative output (graphics, visuals, video, copy) aligns with brand voice and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales to ensure alignment between messaging, offers, and funnel strategy.
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics; report on campaign ROI, pipeline impact, and brand growth.
  • Help build the internal marketing team structure — including content, creative, and paid media support roles as we scale.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You're a strategic generalist with a creative streak — someone who can move seamlessly between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution.

You understand brand deeply, but you also know how to drive measurable growth through digital channels. You're equal parts strategist, storyteller, and operator.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Live in or near Metro Atlanta and have reliable transportation for in-person collaboration (2-3x per week).
  • Have 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or digital marketing leadership (agency experience strongly preferred).
  • Have strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Are skilled in content strategy and creative production (video, copy, and design direction).
  • Can use or manage tools like HubSpot, Canva/Adobe, Google Analytics, and project management systems.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments where systems are being built — not just maintained.
  • Are confident on camera and comfortable with brand storytelling (being filmed, directing shoots, etc.)
  • Have a proven record of building brand visibility and generating demand through multi-channel campaigns.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH PLAN

Base Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 (based on experience and skill depth)

Once converted to full-time, you'll receive:
