The VP, Marketing - Digital Optimization & AI Strategy will lead MRI Software’s global digital strategy, driving measurable growth in awareness, engagement, and pipeline performance through world-class web experiences and SEO excellence. This executive will own MRI’s digital ecosystem, including website strategy, organic and paid acquisition, digital analytics, and AI-enabled marketing innovation.
This leader will advance MRI’s digital maturity by optimizing our web presence for scale, discoverability, and conversion while leveraging AI to deliver personalization, predictive insights, and real-time engagement across all channels. The VP will serve as both a strategist and hands-on innovator, ensuring MRI’s digital channels deliver maximum ROI and customer impact.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Specific Strategic Leadership
  • Define and execute a global digital strategy that accelerates demand generation, enhances brand visibility, and optimizes user experience across MRI’s core markets
  • Serve as the executive owner of MRIsoftware.com, overseeing its roadmap, UX, SEO performance, and integration with marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Build a cohesive, high-performing digital marketing organization with regional alignment, strong analytical rigor, and culture of innovation
Web Experience & SEO Excellence
  • Lead MRI’s web engagement and SEO strategy, including site architecture, technical SEO, content optimization, and generative engine optimization (GEO).
  • Partner with Product, Content, and Demand Gen teams to ensure the website functions as MRI’s top-performing demand engine
  • Implement continuous A/B, multivariate, and AI-driven testing frameworks to improve UX, conversion rates, and engagement metrics
AI-Driven Marketing & Personalization
  • Deploy AI-powered personalization to dynamically tailor digital experiences by persona, industry, and region
  • Integrate predictive analytics, machine learning, and generative AI into content creation, campaign optimization, and user engagement workflows
  • Champion emerging MarTech tools and automation that improve targeting, speed-to-market, and scalability.
Performance Analytics & Optimization
  • Develop and maintain advanced digital performance dashboards to measure traffic, engagement, lead quality, and ROI
  • Drive a data-first culture, using analytics to inform web design, SEO investment, and paid media efficiency
  • Leverage AI-driven insights to forecast trends, model pipeline outcomes, and optimize digital spend
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with leaders across Corporate Marketing, Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales Operations to align digital strategies with business growth priorities
  • Ensure global consistency in brand execution while enabling local and regional customization
  • Act as a key member of MRI’s Global Marketing Leadership Team, providing expertise on digital performance, innovation, and AI strategy
Required Skills/Abilities:
Experience & Expertise
  • 12+ years of progressive digital marketing leadership, including at least 5 years leading global web and SEO strategy in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software organization
  • Proven success driving measurable growth through web experience optimization, SEO, and data-driven marketing
  • Deep expertise in digital analytics, conversion optimization (CRO), and pipeline attribution
  • Hands-on knowledge of AI-driven marketing platforms, personalization engines, and data science applications for marketing
  • Strong track record leading multi-disciplinary teams (web, SEO, content, analytics, UX, and marketing technology)
Technical Competencies
  • Mastery of website and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio, Optimizely, Sitecore, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Advanced understanding of SEO, GEO, paid media integration, and content performance optimization
  • Strong grasp of AI applications in marketing, including generative content, predictive modeling, and automated engagement tools
