Role Objective:
Drive the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that elevate brand presence, increase customer engagement, and support sustainable growth across the Retail and FMCG divisions. Strengthening brand equity and market share through innovative campaigns, targeted communications, and effective utilization of digital and traditional channels. Leverage market research and consumer insights to optimize marketing ROI, maintain budgetary discipline, and ensure consistent brand messaging. Foster cross-functional alignment and collaboration and capitalize on market trends and data-driven insights to enhance competitiveness, support successful product launches, and advance the overall business objectives in a dynamic marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and implement integrated marketing strategies for all group brands in the FMCG and retail sectors, ensuring alignment with company goals and the Qatari market landscape.

Oversee and coordinate all marketing functions, including digital marketing, PR, traditional advertising, and offline promotions to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.

Lead the planning and execution of high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, and strengthen customer loyalty.

Allocate and manage the marketing budget efficiently, optimizing spending across initiatives to maximize ROI and achieve key performance metrics.

Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive activities to generate actionable insights that inform marketing strategy and decision-making.

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous professional development.

Enhance the group’s market presence and reputation through the development of strategic partnerships, organization of brand events, and acquisition of sponsorship opportunities that align with business objectives.

Support successful product launches and promotional activities by coordinating cross-functional efforts between marketing, sales, and product teams.

Monitor and report on campaign performance, brand health, and market share, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, brand guidelines, and industry best practices in all marketing activities.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Proven experience (10+ years) in FMCG sales, marketing, or product management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Knowledge of market dynamics, supply chain management, and consumer behavior

Multilingual proficiency is an advantage.
