Head of Marketing-(PHR/1031/1)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead all B2B marketing initiatives for our professional services and staffing solutions. This role requires a data-driven leader who understands how to generate leads, position services effectively, and scale brand awareness across multiple B2B verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand positioning, and market expansion.
  • Build and manage a marketing team capable of supporting sales funnels for professional services and staffing.
  • Define brand identity, messaging, and positioning to differentiate in competitive B2B markets.

Demand Generation & Growth

  • Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, webinars, SEO, paid ads) targeting CPAs, CFOs, Controllers, and business owners.
  • Develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value prospects.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align campaigns with revenue targets and track ROI.

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Oversee the creation of case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and webinars to establish the company as an industry expert.
  • Drive LinkedIn campaigns targeting decision-makers in accounting, finance, and HR.
  • Develop sales enablement materials for business development teams.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Own marketing KPIs: lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, CAC vs. LTV.
  • Use CRM and analytics platforms to track funnel performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Provide monthly performance reports to leadership.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 in a leadership role.
  • Proven success generating leads for professional services or staffing/outsourcing companies.
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn campaigns, ABM, and content-driven lead generation.
  • experience in B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing, and E-commerce.
  • Experience managing budgets, teams, and agencies.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
