Build and lead BOLT FARM’s social-first media engine, with Instagram as the primary platform, so our content compounds attention, trust, category authority, and qualified demand over time.

This role is not a narrow production seat. It is a leadership role for someone who can build the operating system behind the content machine and make creative output more consistent, strategic, and commercially useful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own BOLT FARM’s organic media engine, with primary accountability for Instagram growth, content quality, publishing consistency, audience quality, and contribution to qualified demand

  • Build and run the media operating system across ideation, briefing, production, review, publishing, repurposing, asset organization, and performance reporting

  • Lead founder-led content strategy so founder voice, story, and perspective translate into platform-native content that earns attention and compounds trust

  • Direct videography, editing, and outside creative support so all output ladders up to one clear strategy and premium standard

  • Identify, test, and scale high-performing formats, hooks, series, and storytelling patterns using real performance signals

  • Ensure content reinforces BOLT FARM’s premium positioning and emotional category authority, not generic hospitality messaging

  • Build a repeatable cadence across reels, stories, launches, property content, repurposed content, and longer-form media including the BOLT podcast

  • Partner with adjacent teams so media stays aligned with launches, brand priorities, and guest demand

  • Use AI to improve speed, leverage, ideation, repurposing, and workflow quality across the function

The team has a clear rhythm for planning, production, publishing, repurposing, and reporting.

Media strengthens BOLT FARM’s authority as a romantic luxury retreat brand and contributes to qualified demand.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in organic social media, content strategy, creator-led media, brand content, or closely related digital media work

  • Direct experience helping build or scale a brand audience to 3M+ followers

  • Proven ownership of Instagram strategy and execution for a founder-led brand, premium consumer brand, hospitality brand, lifestyle brand, or another high-consideration category

  • 2+ years of leadership experience with accountability for creative output, standards, deadlines, and results across internal teams, freelancers, agencies, or a mix of the three

  • Experience building repeatable content systems across planning, production, publishing, repurposing, and performance review

  • Experience using AI tools regularly to improve ideation, research, editing, repurposing, or workflow speed

  • Must live within driving distance of Whitwell, Tennessee

Nice to Have

  • Experience growing Instagram into a category-leading brand presence

  • Experience in luxury hospitality, travel, wellness, or another emotionally driven premium brand

  • Experience building a media team or media function from the ground up

  • Experience developing podcast content, episodic storytelling, or premium long-form brand series

  • Strong experience turning a single shoot day into a high-volume, high-quality multi-format content pipeline

Compensation Range: $150K - $180K
