About Leshines: We are a subsidiary of Lenovo, officially spun off from Lenovo Group’s Global Supply Chain division in 2022. As a 4PL (Fourth-Party Logistics) provider, we specialize in delivering comprehensive logistics and supply chain solutions for manufacturing clients. Our services include warehouse distribution, storage operation planning, line-haul transportation, and more. Lenovo is building a local factory in Saudi Arabia, which is expected to be put into production in 2026, we got a strategic investment from Saudi Arabia last year, and are currently responsible for the transfer of Lenovo's production line and the optimization of overseas warehouse design. We will set up our office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will build our local team to develop the local business and undertake the end-to-end business from China to Saudi Arabia.


Job Description:

Operation Management:


1. Warehouse Management:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.

- Ensure efficient space utilization and proper organization of inventory.

- Implement and maintain warehouse safety and security procedures.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warehouse and logistics activities.

- Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.

- Communicate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and customers.

2. Inventory Control:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.

- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

- Implement inventory control procedures and best practices.


3. Distribution and Transportation:

- Coordinate and manage the distribution of goods to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

- Oversee transportation logistics, including routing, scheduling, and carrier management.

- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and standards.


4. Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

-Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency.

- Implement lean logistics principles to optimize operations.


Key Account Management:


1. Client Relationship Management and Business Development:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

- Conduct regular meetings with key clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges, and addressed any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts.

- Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue growth.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.



2. Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to maximize revenue.


3. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and customer support teams to deliver customized solutions for key clients.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and key clients.


4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

- Prepare and present regular reports on key account performance to senior management.

- Implement corrective actions as needed to address any performance gaps.


5. Customer Satisfaction and Retention:

- Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client loyalty and retention.
