Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team by preparing sales proposals, presentations, and quotations
  • Establish clear communication channels with the sales team to ensure seamless exchange of information
  • Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation
  • Support the internal teams in managing customer accounts during contract renewals & pricing negotiations
  • Coordinate and communicate with customers to gather necessary information, answer inquiries, and provide updates on shipments, rates, and services
  • Collaborate with internal departments including operations, commercial and customer service
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and cooperation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, customer profiles, and sales activity reports using CRM software and other tools.
  • Prepare reports and maintain a comprehensive reporting system to track and analyze sales profitability, margins, quotations, and other sales related metrics
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights that contribute to sales strategies and pricing decisions

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Power Point software programs & Excel Skills.
